Currently the LCD TV manufacturers are competing to make thinner and rich features of LCD TV. SONY has been released the new LCD TV called SONY KDL-40ZX1. This product was claimed to be the world thinnest LCD TV with only 1 cm thickm, 9.9 mm exactly.
The new Sony KDL-40ZX1 is not only the thinnest LCD TV, its also brings many new features including 120 MHz MotionFlow that can deliver high quality pictures especially when on fast moving mode. This LCD TV has very good contrast at 3000:1 and view angle up to 178 degrees. Another interesting feature is that this KD-40ZX1 comes with wireless connection HD that enable us to watch the movie directly from computer and also built in Ethernet, modem and USB.
First and foremost, let’s see what the most important features of the LCD panel are. Beside providing a total viewing area of 88.6 x 49.8 cm and a diagonal size of 101.6 cm (40 inches), the panel has some pretty OK viewing angles as well, namely 178 degrees on both horizontal and vertical directions.
