Dell has the Inspiron Mini 10 and Inspiron Mini 10v. This review will compare those two mini notebook from Dell. On the design, bot Mini 10 and 10v is the same, no difference at all. But Mini 10v is 0.5 lbs less weight than Mini 10.
Both Dell Inspiron Mini come with Intel Atom Processor, you can choose the available processor speed. For the Mini 10v the options are Atom N270 and N280, For the Mini 10 the options are Atom N520, N530. Another comparison is on the chipset on board. The Dell Inspiron Mini 10v uses Integrated Intel® 945GSE UMA Graphics Media Accelerator which is believed is less powerful compared to Intel® Poulsbo US15W on the Mini 10.
Also, the integrated graphic card on those netbooks are different. 10v is powered by Integrated Intel® 945GSE UMA Graphics Media Accelerator and Mini 10 is using the new Intel® Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator 500. The hard disk capacity on Mini 10 is much bigger than Mini 10v, 250 GB vs 160 GB.But, other than those configuration, Inspiron 10 and 10v is the same.
