The big Hyundai logo is well placed on the front bumper of the new Hyundai Tucson 2010. This car is the new SUV from Hyundai that has been released few times ago. Powered with 2.4 L DOHC engine with 16 valve that can produce 176 hp. Actually the power is not big enough to me with that engine size. The maximum speed of this car is not been tested by us, but I thing it won’t be too far from other car at the same class.
Hyundai Tucson is using 6-speed transmission, front wheel drive with brake hill holder. This is one of the important features on this car. Inside the cabin, this car is equipped with 5 seats suit for 5 person. Also you can find a remote power door locks, one touch power window and many other standard features. By default the AM/FM in-dash single CD player with CD MP3 Playback stereo is installed inside the dashboard.
One look at the new Tucson reveals that this is a completely different direction for the model. It’s roughly the same size as the previous generation, but the old car’s utterly forgettable and plasticky styling, which had all the design flair of a Coleman cooler, has disappeared into a cocoon and emerged a butterfly. The new exterior has a far more refined and high-class appearance, and the same could be said for the interior, which has gone from a nondescript and dated shell of hard plastic to a stylish environment of warm colors and organic shapes. Best of all, the simple controls that Hyundai is renowned for have been maintained.
The Tucson Limited adds all Popular Equipment items plus 18-inch alloy wheels, chrome grille and door handles, automatic headlights, foglights, a front wiper de-icer, a cargo cover, leather upholstery, heated front seats, an eight-way power driver seat (includes lumbar adjustment) and dual-zone automatic climate control. The Premium package deletes the roof rails but adds a panoramic sunroof and the touchscreen navigation system, rearview camera and seven-speaker stereo upgrade. Hyundai is actively seeking to establish an emotional connection with its customers. Something that, no matter how you slice it, the previous Tucson could never do. And really, most older Hyundais. No one’s every been turned on by inoffensive and generic. Fluidic sculpture on the other hand, is anything but. The new curves have the potential to attract some while turning off others. That’s a good thing. The best view of the Tucson is the front three-quarters where, starting with the fancy wrap-around headlamps, you can see the thrust of the design’s flow and how winds its way around the car.
